Kathleen Allmon Stoneman
Kathleen Allmon Stoneman is a native of Carroll County, Ohio and has practiced law in Ohio for over 30 years, having succeeded her father, William T. Allmon in the practice of law in Carrollton. Her areas of practice include probate; wills, trusts, and estate planning; elder law; family law, including divorces, dissolutions, custody, collaborative family law, visitation, and child support issues, adoption; juvenile law; real estate law; and business law. She also engages in trial practice in all these areas. She owns and operates, along with her husband, Bill Stoneman, Stoneman Title Agency.
Kathy is a trained mediator and is also a certified Guardian ad Litem in Stark and Carroll Counties. She has served on various committees and task forces within the Ohio State Bar Association and currently serves on the Board of the Solo Small Firms and General Practice Section of the OSBA. In addition, she is a Fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation, a Trustee of the Ohio State Bar Foundation, a member of the American Bar Association, and a fellow in the American Bar Foundation. Attorney Stoneman is a former board member and previous chairperson of the Carroll County Foundation, and is a member of the Carroll County Board of the American Cancer Society. Kathy is also licensed to practice law in Oregon.
